The city of Bonn launched an advertising campaign for its service portal service.bonn.de on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. The ad will run until Friday, September 10, 2021, on the info screens at Bonn Central Station and will also be published on the city's social media channels.
In particular, the campaign promotes the option of applying for a resident parking permit online. The city currently offers 15 online services in the service portal at https://service.bonn.de (opens in a new tab). However, the range of services is gradually being expanded.
In addition to the resident parking permit, citizens can currently apply online for the new registration, re-registration and transfer of a car, as well as fine dust stickers, owner information, parking concessions for doctors and exemptions from driving bans on Sundays and public holidays. They can also use the portal to de-register or re-register a residence, register, re-register and de-register dogs and apply for permits for street festivals.
An overview of all services offered in the service portal can be found in the portal in the topic tiles or the "Services A-Z" tab. Using the "Feedback on the service portal" form, Bonn residents can provide the city with feedback on both the campaign and the service portal itself. It can be found on the homepage in the "My.service.portal" tile or in the "Services A-Z" tab.
Further online services of the city
The City of Bonn currently offers a total of 150 online services, which are gradually being integrated into the service portal. The main implementation effort is that, in addition to the pure presentation of an online offer, processes within the administration must also be further developed organizationally so that they run completely digitally. An overview of all online services is available on the city's homepage at https://www.bonn.de/online-service (opens in a new tab).
