There is a new specialist procedure in the regulatory affairs department of the Citizen Services Office (Lower Hunting and Fishing Authority) and in the Lower Nature Conservation Authority of the Office for the Environment and Urban Greenery: citkoOutdoor. This is a web application that is already in use in other municipalities in NRW and can be used to manage hunting, fishing and explosives matters as well as riding permits.

The introduction of citkoOutdoor replaced two in-house developments that had been in use at the City of Bonn for many years.

The next step is to revise the existing online services and replace them with online services without media discontinuity.
