Online and equipped with Miroboard, around forty participants started the second round of the "Smart City Bonn meets Geo" series on February 16. The aim of the event, which is geared towards the common good, is to contribute concrete projects from the geocommunity to the development of Smart City Bonn. All participants contribute to the city of Bonn's Smart City process on a voluntary basis.

The following topics and projects emerged during the three-hour online event:

Traffic: Qualified showcase for simulations and visualizations of traffic data.

Environment: Personalized warning system for weather phenomena such as heat, ozone, storms, pollen count

Young talent: GeoMINT@school - getting teachers and pupils interested in geo-tech in the long term.
