The BONNEUM is

• an educational network of learning workshops in Bonn that promotes scientific and digital learning in innovative didactic formats along the education chain in Kita - elementary school - secondary school.
• a project in which these educators are jointly qualified at eight locations in Bonn to accompany children and young people in learning through discovery and research. These locations are called satellites.
• A community of responsibility consisting of educators from the satellites, the City of Bonn's education authority, the school inspectorate and partners from academia. It is supported by the Deutsche Telekom Foundation.

The aims of BONNEUM are

• to enable children and young people to learn independently and autonomously in attractive, multifunctional learning workshops
• to qualify competent learning facilitators who carry the idea of learning workshop work into their institutions and thus contribute to the spread of an innovative learning culture
• developworkshops in the regions and at the two central locations (media center, STEM learning workshop) and offer them to other interested educators.
