From now on, people who work commercially or professionally with food or in kitchens can take part in an online training course at the Bonn Health Department. In accordance with Section 43 of the Infection Protection Act, initial hygiene instruction is mandatory before starting a relevant activity. This can now be completed quickly and easily from home on your own smartphone or PC via the City of Bonn's digital service portal: After citizens have registered with their BundID, the most important rules on food hygiene are taught and queried in an easy-to-understand, short instructional film. The fee is then paid by Giropay, direct debit or Paypal and the instruction certificate can be downloaded and printed out immediately. This means that another practical online service has been set up for the citizens of Bonn in compliance with data protection regulations, thus further advancing digitalization.
